Our Automotive Lift Institute (ALI) Certified Lift Inspectors will perform a comprehensive Check360* annual lift inspection according to ANSI/ALI ALOIM “Safety Requirements for Operation, Inspection and Maintenance” current edition standards. Zia Equipment annual Check360 lift inspections not only meet ALI, ANSI, OSHA, State and Insurance requirements, they prevent disruptive downtime and reduce long term repair costs. Only ALI Certified Inspectors can perform the Check360 Annual Automotive Lift Inspection.

1. We use the latest tablet based technology to document and store all videos, images and information gathered during our comprehensive Check360 inspection process.
2. We schedule the most convenient time for you as to minimize any disruptions to you and your employees.
3. Before we leave the site we will provide a list of any critical repair items that need immediate attention.
4. We have trained technicians to perform repairs and the OEM parts necessary to bring your lift back to proper and safe operating condition.
5. Shortly after your inspection we will send you a complete estimate to return the lifts to normal operating condition.

*Check360TM is a comprehensive inspection process that is digitally documented and backed by ALI as meeting all the requirements outlined in the national safety standard covering automotive lift operation, inspection and maintenance, ANSI/ALI ALOIM:2020. A Check360 Certified Lift Inspection includes extensive examination of the lift structure, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical components, as well as review of training logs, operating instructions and safety materials.
